Hmmm...I guess that shows what playing for a last place team does. I'm not sure he should have won it, but 5th? We gotta start playing better so he can win more than just a Silver Slugger award!

He would have been top 2 if it wasnt for all his walks this year, in the end that, and the cubs record doomed him.

yeah I agree, leading the league in walks hurts and rightfully so. Inspite of the walks and with this team, he had an incredible year though. As long as we appreciate him I'm sure that's all he cares about. **** he probably loves the Silver SLugger award more lmao.
