Thank you for allowing me to join your family. I have been reading your posts since last fall, and are very impressed with your love of the Cubs, and your knowledge of the game. It is also a clean site, and it seems like everybody has each others back. You guys and gals seem to genuienly care about each other. With the start of the new season, there is no better time than the present to jump in.
My first Cubs game was during the 69 season at the age of 12. It was in mid-august against the Giants. I remember it like it was yesterday. The Cubs won 12-2 with homeruns from Williams, Santo, and Banks. From that point on, I was hooked. I've been to well over 100 games since. To this day, every time I walk into Wrigley Field and see that ivy on the wall, I still get goosebumps.
I have alot of knowledge of the game, and am looking forward to sharing my thoughts with you.
