If you calculate the won-loss records of teams scoring five runs tn the 11th inning, there won't be many in the loss column-but two of them will be the Cubs. at Three Rivers Statdium, Chicago blows 7-2 and 12-7 leads as the bullpen of Paul Assenmacher, Dave Smith, Heathcliff Slocumb, and Mike Bielecki give up 11 runs in 3 1/3 innings. Andre Dawson hits a grand slam in the 11th, the second in three days-but the blow is wasted when Don Slaught doubles over Jerome Walton's head with the bases loaded to cap a six run rally in the bottom of the inning.
