He just said that he would probably play Soriano in RF or LF and that we're not done yet by far. So we're STILL looking at a CF that's sweet bring on more studs lol.

Heck, see if you can get Manny from the Red Sox and maybe they'll take Jones. Manny, Soriano, Murt. Worth a shot!

Maybe its Soriano in RF and we trade Jones. But if so our CF better bat LH in this scenario.

Or Murton could move to right. Either way, I do want to keep Murton, and trade Jones for something.

I like murton also. He is pretty young, and still learning. He isn't the best defensive outfielder, but i don't mind that. He will be a great hitter for us one day, i really believe that. He has a quick bat.

Im all for keeping Murton too.Best looking prospect we have.He and Theriot should be the base of future teams, but with the DeRosa signing,I doubt it.:(

i think you have to utilize Soriano's arm in Right field. he has a cannon for an arm. I don't mind keeping Murton. We have enough power that we can afford to let him come into his own with no pressure to hit the long ball. We could use a contact hitter who stays around .300.

Youo know, this has got me wondering.
Last year he was so nervous to move to LF it caused problems originally. So it makes me wonder what position Hendry and Piniella told him he would play??? If they said CF, and he said OK, it makes me think he is more comfortable in the OF PERIOD now.
But it really makes me wonder where they told him he would play.
I am all for RF for him, but that really is a tough sun field for anyone.
