He just finished a terrific June for Triple-A Iowa by hitting homers in four straight games. For the month, he hit .446 with 20 RBIs in 25 games. Wow! However, there is no room for him now! Trade bait?????

I really hope they trade Izturis, but I hope Ronny's defense improved. He made a lot of errors last year.

I heard he had 8 homers for the month too. He could be some good trade bait for a team already out of it. If you look at all of the contenders right now, they are pretty much set at SS

Yeah good point. I would trade Izturis and Jones for a good catcher and/or a relief arm.

Now with Vizguel being 40+ I think, this could be a possibility with the Giants. Not necessarily Jones but Cedeno or Izzy along with something else for Molina. Heck send both of them - Ray RAY Durham is getting up there in age as well.

Man, considering what Izzy has been giving us, I say get rid of him and call up Ronny. Like was mentioned, though, his defense has to be better now than it was before to make the move.
