A rotisserie machine...You put the bird in and it turns, getting cooked evenly.

All of them sound good right now, I have only had baked. I want to try out that deep fried. Do you do the whole turkey or cut it up like chicken?

Firstly: oven, mwah!
my question is what do you stuff turkeys with and do you wrap them in bacon, which is what we do?
Is it just me or does turkey get colder much quicker than chicken?
dc - loving a board with a "turkey" dicussion, just brilliant

Smoked meat is over-rated. I cook in a restaurant where all the meat is actually smoked by the help before it's sent out. We serve smoked beef, pork, and turkey, and let me tell you something...it isn't very special. The difference between smoked and baked isn't even really that noticable.
