With him on the DL maybe the Cubs could pick up a game or two in games in which he might have started.

Their bullpen was lights out tonight. Oh well, we struck first on the trade and bettered our team. Again if we win - we gain on somebody.

I can't say I enjoy a player like Sheets getting hurt  , but I hate the Brewers its about time other teams lose their ace pitcher (Besides the Cubs). They are going down!

Ben Sheets in on the 60 Day DL with a Torn Finger on the pitching hand. Hey Milwaukee, I think there is a tear in your beer!

HERE COME THE CUBS!

I think we'll definately see a '69-Cubs-like collapse out of the Brewers.

HAHAHA!!!! I don't like seeing players get hurt, but Sheets is a injury waiting to happen!!! Remember Adam Eaton and Brad Penney had the same injuries, and were both out for most of the season (Penny was in 2005? I think? and Eaton was last season? I forget!). This is good news for Cubs fans!!!

The Brewers have Gallardo and that Asian guy in the minors pretty much set to join the rotation at any time. Their bullpen might be a bit more stretched, but they have alot of depth to make up for one or two injuries.

But it's hard to replace your ace. He's the stopper in the rotation and brings stability. This is good news for us.
