According to a genious over at the Cub's site, Aramis and his agent are the dumbest of all time. It's tough to read some of this stuff being posted. this is a typical example of pure stubborness and someone being right no matter what is said to them.

Those are the ones that seem to get me fired up. If I see it several times from the same person I usually reply to them. funny how they seem to change their tune as they are trying to justify themselves.

I just usually don't respond to the guys who continually post insults. The board seems to be somewhat tame this offseason compared to last.

Maybe because ol Jimmy is proving most of the bashers wrong...:D

Just give it time. i try to avoid confrontations, but since calling them on their actions seems to usually back them into a corner, I do it anyway. If one calls them on it, usually you get help.

Thanks for whoever invited me... I was getting so sick and tired of the jerks and moronic ideology over at the "other" forum. Great Cubs signings so far and let's keep it going!!

Oh god I hate forums like that. I mean, I could understand why someone would get annoyed if some came in "Ty9InG LyK DiS" but when you say "there" instead of "they're" and they complain, wow its annoying.

Indeed, i spent about 6 hours debunking drjmmontavo (or whatever) - i need better things to do - and he was just talking utter nonsense, making up books in the bible. but if you deal with them calmly and rationally without resorting to insults (which ive only done once, to Mudge under another name i think, but he was racially abusing me), then others will start telling them to shut up.

That is exactly right. It's like they need a leader to step up to the plate and stand up to these so-called prima-donnas (SP). Once someone jumps in and questions them, others jump in. But they need a push, I guess they don't want to rock the boat on their own, so to speak.
people need to speak their minds and not wait for leadership when it comes to policing these board intimidators.

agreed, cubs.com mbs are nothing but running arguments and insults, and people who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. On top of the people who just say crazy things to get under posters' skin, and it works! just ridiculous. fogpog rocks!

I agree 100%. Any MLB board you go on is people just complaining and trolls who think they're funny. If you'e gonna screw with people at least be somewhat good at it. Sme dude dropped a mom insult on me today... It's a) very unoriginal, and b) 8th grade.

Yes you get alot of that over there. I usually have my say with those types. It just tends to set me off. This is not like that unless some filter over here.
