I hope they pound the Brewers and do it in a demoralizing manner.

They have Hamels pitching! I never thought I would root for them either. But right now I love the Cubs and anyone who plays the Brewers.

Bush is really struggling tonight! Let's just hope Hamels is on his game with them as he was with us the other night.

I swear Miller Park plays like Coors field did 5-10 yrs ago. The ball just flies out. There have been 3 major blasts in this game.
Im not gonna say who hit the first one but it had to go 460 feet
Howards went 460
Burrell off the end of the bat went about 400

That place plays like a freaking bandbox. I love the long ball but I like good fundamental baseball better.
What's his face has been scary good this year.

Yes he has. The Brewers are getting some good swings at Hamels right now. I hope can find it.
Brewers staff- Sheets, Capuano, Bush, Vargas, and Suppan
I know Gallardo is going to take a spot of one of the meat throwers, but I would not be surprised if this LH Parra takes a spot too.
OMG, THEY JUST SHOWED WHERE A BALL LANDED IN BATTING PRACTICE THERE TODAY. Fielder hit it out and I mean out of the whole stadium in the street. Amazing.

Well the kid was hitting HR in Tiger stadium at the age of 12.

Yes he was. Trammell, our bench coach, supposedly has videos of it.

I remember Sosa hitting one there one day that I thought broke the glass in dead CF- obviously its unbreakable- Feilder hit it over that.

Speaking of Trammel I do not think he gets enough credit for our play either. We can talk Lou all we want but Trammell is a helluva a baseball guy, and deserves a little credit.

Nice communication there Crew- SSand 2b collide on routine flyball. Turnbow is just nasty. They said earlier that he has had 50 apperances and all of his runs allowed have came in 6 of those games. He reminds me of Lidge, with his stuff. He pitched in our district in High School in 1997. He was no where near as big then as he is now and he only threw about 89 then.

Unbelievable- why even let that guy get a chance to swing there. He doesnt look as if he is wearing down at all. That went about 500 feet.

I don't know about anyone else, but these teams have made me simply exhausted with all of the emotional highs and lows this week! I feel wiped out!

The Crew absolutely stoled that one. Hart just jumped and robbed Iguchi of a homer. Crew wins.

On somewhat of a positive note: Nats are smoking the Cards 12-1 in the bottom of the 7th inning in Washington.

I sure hated to see the Brewers win that one. I had it already planned- Brewers drop tomorrows game too and give the Cubbies a little boost for tomorrow night.
