I wouldn't touch him, his numbers have declined 3 straight years and it's bad enough about his shoulder surgery, but he has had a Hip problem for about 5 years now that he has pitched with.

I wouldn't go for him either. Hasn't been the same pitcher since coming to the NL. Better options out there.
