Hi everybody, I read about fogpog on cubs.com and have been coming here for a couple of weeks now. This is much better than that ridiculous forum. You can actually share info and learn from these posts! I am a fairly new (2003) Cubs fan, but I'm now in it for life like the rest of you!
Believe it or not, the Cubs are my first interest in baseball. I have friends from the Chicago area who got me watching. I'm from Phoenix, AZ, which is a good place to be during spring training. Since I've been a fan, whenever the Cubbies are here I've had front row seats, next to visitor's (Cubs) dugout every year. I was privileged enough to see them beat the D-Backs 16-6 on opening day (in Phx) in '05. It was an unbelievable game! Big Z got ejected, DLee was batting either 6th or 7th (remember this was opening day of '05) and ARam was spectacular! Look forward to talking to all of you!:) :)
