Finally, Next Year - How can I get a copy?

I found the Steve Goodman songs on iTunes - "Go Cubs, Go", and "A Dying Cubs Fan's Last Request", and "When the Cubs Come Marching In", but where can I get a copy of Th Ides of March's "Finally, Next Year"?

I'm brand new to the boards, so I apologize if you've already answered this one.

I only knew of the 98 version - It would be interesting to hear the 03 version, and hopefully, there will be need for a 2008 version!
