Things are going to start to heat up again here. Looks like the Cubs have some moves they are pondering over. I'm excited for things to get going tomorrow! Get 'er done, Jimbo! ;)

Let's put it this way...if Sirius carried MLB, I'd have that....I like sports in general but baseball rules them all.

I'm happy with XM....you get Big10 basketball and football games, NHL if you like hockey....ESPN Radio...ESPNEWS....FoxSports....Sporting News Radio....NASCAR....and mega music channels.

Thanks. You guys got any ideas on how to get more people over here? I'm working on it, but people are a little reluctant I think because there isn't enough constant discussion going on. It's really a catch-22. People want more discussions going on, but you have to have the people necessary to keep up those discussions. I hope that those of you who have joined are having a good time and enjoy the site. Any help getting the word out is much appreciated and will obviously be nice for everyone. :)

I've been telling all my friends.. my boss gets on here from time to time.. but says it's too slow for his taste. Granted, he likes Tim Allen movies..

the site is f'ing great and would be better if we have more like-minded people on here. the only problem i forsee is total dbags (sox and cards fans with nothing better to do) that muffed up the cubs.com mbs getting on and ruining the good thing that we got going. i will definately push the site on my die hard cub fan friends, but not on anyone else!

I post on an Orioles forum as well, and how we grew it was we had the core of people talk baseball, and post when they could, and some of us woud go to the MLB site, and email them the link, and use the troll-free zone angle. People who were into talking baseball and didn't want to deal with troll bull**** would start posting.

I don't think everyone can be like minded, with the exception of rooting for the Cubs. The difference of opinion is really what gets thinks going, rather then a string of "Yup", "Damn right", or "Hell Yeah" posts.

I think if all of us drop a new topic every day or two there will be more topics to repsond to, therefore more activity, so when people visit, they see a spectrum with more activity.
