Forum Idea- Feedback from a couple guests

Hey all,

I invited some people yesteday to the forum. They didn't join yet, but said they were going to. They did give me some feedback from one of them, and I figured I'd pass along, so take it for what you will.

One guy is a buddy of mine who is also a Cubs fan (there are two in NYC). He liked the layout, and how it was broken down. His one issue was nothing was on topic. His quote was "The Bleacher Section had more threads and posts about getting hammered then actual Cubs baseball." I looked and he did have a point. While I like to discuss beer, and stories of debauchery, maybe if there was a forum for them it might be better taken.

I might sound like a **** (no intention of that), and I think we all want this forum to grow and be the best around, but partying threads might be beter suited for the Water Cooler, that way when guest who might join, look in Cubs baseball, see Cubs baseball...

Thanks for getting the word out. That's how the site will get bigger here if everybody helps out. :)

I noticed a couple threads were misplaced, so I moved them. As much as you want people to post in the right forum all the time, it just isn't going to happen. I will keep an eye on it, but I think members have been doing a pretty good job so far. Thanks for the post!
