Guys my brother is the employer of a heating and air company, they did a service call to an appartment on Addison Rd. close to Wrigley which happen to be Michael Wuertz's appartment, he said there were jerseys and autographed baseballs displayed and many tickets just sitting there on a table, he seems to be a memorabilia buff.

That's really neat! I've always wondered if and at what time players lose their "fan" status of the game. These guys grow up idolizing some of the players and then when they get the call, do they stop being a fan because they see the other side? You look at some of the "big names of the game" now, you know, like Kerry Wood. A kid like Geovanny Soto, or even perhaps Wuertz, grow up watching Woody throw a 20 strike out game, and then they are on the same team as them, it has to be a weird situation.

Its funny that you mentioned Wood Heather, because my brother said that Wuertz had many Kerry Wood autographed items everywhere.
