Assuming Zambrano, Hill, Lilly, and Marquis are healthy and the fifth spot is filled by Miller/Prior/rookies what do you think their wins, losses, and games started would be?

Here are some numbers from last year with Hill and the #5 spot estimated:

Zambrano 16-7, 33
Lilly 15-13, 32
Hill 10-12, 30 (projected from last year's numbers)
Marquis 14-16, 33

Miller/ Prior/ rookies are harder to predict. If healthy both Miller and Prior could be good for 10-15 wins, if not who knows. They would need to make 34 starts. Without them the record would be 55-48 by the starters alone. I estimate the fifth spot would be 10-12. That would bring the record by the starters to 65-60. This leaves 37 games to be decided by the bullpen. Hard to say with Dempster closing, but I think the Cubs could win 25 of these. The team record would then be 90-72. This is probably a best case senario.

Z and Hill could win more. I expect Lilly and Marquis to be about the same. The Other starters could win less. What do you think?

Since Lilly is pitching in the NL in 10 years, he should have a solid first half. Z will be tough, he always is. Marquis & Hill will benefit from a solid offense. Prior/Miller can be two big surprises to put us over the top!
