I dont know how many of you follow this, and it is definately a tough time to watch it with the Cubs playing so well and the Olympics going on at the same time. There is a player for the Southwest team from Louisiana named KENNON FONTENOT. I doubt he is any relation to Mike because he didnt say that Mike was his favorite player, nor have the announcers mentioned anything. He is a SS/ P and is absolutely amazing. I watched him last week in the game to get to the World Series. He hit a 2 out HR to tie the game and send it to extras that still hasnt came down yet. He is lightning fast with a great arm. You all that follow drafts and prospects- remember this name in about 5 years.

I went to LittleLeague.org and sent an e-mail to him. Let's see if or how he responds.

You sent an email to KENNON? He pitched yesterday and with the new rule- a P can only throw 85 pitches- he was removed after 5.3 innings. I hope he gets the email. He is amazing.

I just checked his box scores. His team is 2-0. He is 4-6 with 3 triples. He also fanned 15 pitching in the first game before being removed. He is 5'7" 150 pounds. With his speed , Im sure he plays other sports as well , but this is definately his game.
