What a crazy case this is. Seems like the story is changing all the time. I don't know how you can believe anything the prosecution is throwing out there.

Well, Roger Cossak mentioned if the defense can push it, the judge can dismiss the case on Constitutional grounds. Supposedly, the DNA lab that did the test on the three defendants and the accuser withheld evidence from the defense attorneys because the evidence would have exhonorated them. If the lab did it intentionally, whether or not Mike Nifong told them to do so or not, that violates evidentiary rules, and the case should be dismissed in that case.

What a crock of dung this whole case has turned out to be. I'm not a huge fan of Duke but those guys are innocent. That stripper is just a gold digger and has proubley ruined those guy's lives.

she lied to investigators when she said she hadnt had sex in over a week and turned out she had relations earlier that day and is now pregnant she's a lying ho.
