Alot of Brewer fans crying in they're beer after the game. Put a fork in em if they can't win the next 2.
Quite the playoff atomosphere and drunk fans (as usual). I feel that this is on automatic for the Cub now. The players are brimming with confidence and they expect to win.
Fonzi has quite the relationship with the lf bleacher fans.

A lot of Fuky stuff not being sold outside the stadium, in fact I didn't se one person wearing anything Fuky, not that I was looking for it though.

The Rubber Band Man song they play when Marmol takes the mound is really cool and gets the crowd jumping!

Wood really scares me kinda like Rex Grossman, any of you?

Fuku's mojo may be gone. I dont think he will be back next year if Hendry can find a taker

If the Cubs are willing to eat a little bit of his salary i'm sure they could find a few takers(A's, Padres).

I am not giving up on him yet. Could it be because of his first year in a new country? Could it be he is hurt? Could it be because he is pressing? Who knows but I was thinking about guys available in offseason and There are not any guys out there who could take over right field duty. Be patient with him I think he will be ok maybe not this year.

He's just not playing well. ..... Sure his first year in a new country may take him some time to adjust. But he's doing something here that he's done his whole life. You figure at some point he'd be able to make an adjustment right? I mean he is a professional! ...... I'm pretty sure Fukudome hasn't been pressing all year. Right now, probably. But all year he has struggled. This isn't some little 2 week slump. After the first month he has slumped. We are talking an entire season. ..... Patience is something you have for a guy who struggles for a month. Maybe at most a month and a half. But Fukudome has gotten worse though out this season. He's shown that he can't make an adjustment at the plate. He's shown he has no pop. And he's shown that he's a below average hitter in this league. He can take a walk. And his defense is above average. But the Cubs definitely didn't get the player they thought they were getting in Fukudome. Of Rf's that may be available this offseason: B. Abreu(FA), A. Dunn(FA), DeJesus(KC), J. Gomes(TB), M. Teahen(KC), J. Kubel(MN), J. Francoeur(ATL), J. Hermida(FLA), B. Hawpe(COL) are good options. We have a very good GM that will have plenty of options. Fukudome is getting paid way too much to be unproductive.
