Well here we are its September 30th. In less than 24 hours our Cubs will begin there march threw October. The #1 objective is to make the #11 into #0 as in the # of wins required to obtain that elusive World Series Crown.

First up for the Men in Blue is another club whose men also dress in blue. The Los Angeles Dodgers. This team seems prime and ready to take care of business. The expectations of winning a World Series have never been so high. It took 6 months to get to this point and as early as Saturday the dream could be just that another dream.

I for one think we will never wake from this dream because it is not a dream this is really happening folks this team is real, they are really this good. And finnally the Cubs October will end in a Cub win not a Cub Loss.

Enjoy I know I will.....get ready Chicago you are about to witness History in the making......

Here's how I break down this series:

The Cubs have the best offense (as far as runs scored) in the NL, while the Dodgers have the lowest ERA. Lowe is the only starter on the Dodger staff who has post-season experience, while the others are youngsters. Also, the Dodgers are among the bottom in runs scored, while the Cubs pitching staff is third in ERA. If the Cubs can get past Lowe in Game 1, they have a chance to win it in three or four.
