Marquis the Mess fan?

I got a call from my brother today. He was at Chelsea Piers in NYC and apparently Jason Marquis was there as part of a baseball clinic, but he was wearing a Mess hat. Since I wan't there, I'm only passing along 2nd hand news, but when you just signed a big contract with Chicago,it's weird you'd be wearing the hat of a league rival.

Ronnie hates shea and the mets more than any other team i think. My sister is a mets fan too, she never even liked baseball until she went to games at shea. grrr.

I've always wondered who I'd root for if I moved to NYC. As a Cub's fan, I'm supposed to hate the Mets, but as a baseball fan, I'm supposed to hate the Yankee's, so I figured I'd become a Red Sox fan. But Cubbies would still come first!
