Anybody else been keeping up with this? For a guy with such great principles and expectations of everyone, he sure isn't coming off very good right now. I'm not sure he lied necessarily, but he's definitely hurt his image.

Not to mention what Don Shula said about him. Talk about ripping someone a new one!

He struggled at the NFL level...no surprise he went back to college football....good recruiter.

Yeah, gem, he belongs in the college game. Alabama is going to be pretty good in the coming years.

I agree...I heard they a had a pretty good class coming in this year without Saban recruiting....lookout SEC.

Pretty big liar in my words.

I can't say that I blame the guy because he really didn't want that to be the focus around the team the last couple weeks of the season. But it seems he is where he belongs now because he is a very good college coach.

Im a Dolphin fan and pretty much all of the Dolphins nation think he is a traitor. I agree!!!

I'd really like to thank him for passing up on Drew Brees this offseason and going after Daunte Cullpepper, smart one Nick, then after this year you bail. Man I hate him!!!!

Im going to post on another topic because now I'm all fired up and I could write a book on how mad I am!!!

He took a 500k a year pay cut so it really wasn't a money factor.

He said his heart belonged at the college level and it wouldn't be fair to the Dolphins if he stayed.

I agree gem. I mean, if you're a Dolphins fan, would you really want him as your coach if you knew his heart wasn't really in it and he didn't feel like being there? I'm guessing not.

This kind of reminds me of the whole Steve Spurrier thing. Won Championships at Florida, went on to coach in the NFL (Jets I think) and struggled. Now coaching the Cocks. Pattern?
