I'm going to try to eat a little better and not procrastinate as much. I'm not giving up the Jack and Coke though for anyone who was worried! :p :D

Definitely eat better...I'm not overweight or anything but I do have high blood pressure and I'm only 36..
I'm actually going for a physical on Tuesday....I have a feeling I'll be put on blood pressure medication.

Hope everything goes good for you, gem. I bet my blood pressure is high too. I haven't had it checked in a long time.

Try not to suck at life. So far I've done a wonderful job.

I'm just working on staying so damn good looking.. and I'll probably die of a heart attack at age 33. I'd be willing to let that happen, as long as I get to see the cubbies win it all before that.. I already have chest pains.. is that a bad thing?

If my grandma, who is a frail old lady, can live through 3 heart attacks, I'm pretty sure you can get through 1!

I'm going to start lifting weights again. I stopped because I was moving up to Minnesota so I had to cancel my gym membership and I have yet to sign up at one up here.
