Derrek Lee and Jermaine Dye

Similarities- Both 6'5, both have basketball frames, had career year in the second year on being a chicago team, both gold glovers, both very athletic, have good power to all fields, both have samed in the same league, both born in california, both african american, both have one world series ring, both right handed-batters and throwers, both moved teams in there sophmore year

Diffrences- Dye was injured more oftenly, Lee has only had 100 RBI's once in his career, plus i cant think of anymore right now

One suggestion for Dye, watch out for your wrist in 07, and also colliding with Michael Young.

Dye is one of the few Sox players I do like.

Same here.....everyone always talks about Konerko, Thome, etc. but hardly mentions Dye....he quietly had an excellent season last year.

He was getting hype as AL MVP last year if memory serves. Without Dye the sox wouldnt have been in contention in sept. I like Dye, he's a hell of a player. If I had to choose between the 2, ill take D Lee though.
