When they weren't on TV on a regular basis, I didn't follow the Blackhawks that much. I love hockey (visit the Peoria Rivermen quite a bit), but this team is AMAZING! Kudos goes out to Rocky, John and Jay for really turning this franchise around in such a short amount of time. The youth on this team only gives this franchise even more to look forward to.
I find myself now feeling the same way I do when the Cubs are off when there isn't any hockey on! :)
As far as the opponents, if they face the Ducks, they will have home ice advantage and probably better chances.... but man, if it were a Hawks/Red Wings match up, that would be HUGE! It would be like the Cubs taking on the Cardinals for the NL title!
Now, I'm worried because they aren't going to be on Comcast Sports Net and I don't get the Versus channel that I have heard the rest of the games will be on! Hopefully they will be on WGN radio!
GO HAWKS!

First off, I think Mediacom may have Versus, if not basic, then on digital. CFU has Versus on the expanded basic service, channel 60, but you don't live in Cedar Falls. You might want to call your local Mediacom branch (I think you said you have Mediacom) for more details.
Secondly, not all conference final and Stanley Cup games will be on Versus. The weekend games and game three and beyond of the Stanely Cup finals will be on NBC.

I switched from Mediacom because they were not going to carry the MLB Network... but I did find the channel on my DirecTV lineup.... I'll get the games! :)
