He'll make the league minimum through 2011 replacing Theriot ($3+ million) and Fontenot ($1+ million), that's a good enough reason to like him. I assume Barney or Marquez Smith will take Baker's place next year.

BTW lost in tall the suckiness of Z, Lee, Ramirez, and Grablows is the fact that none of Fontenot, Theriot, or Baker even lived up to their career splits this year.

About 800 mediocre PA apprearances from those three. Combine that with 200 + AB from Koyie Hill on his march to offensive ineptitude and that's a huge part of the offense that basicly had negative productions, sapping away anything from the 4-5 guys that are actually producing.

I've got alist of places I want to check out: Fort Du-Hoc, Pegasus Bridge, the village where Micheal Wittman destroyed 50 tanks with his Tiger, Carentan, a couple others. it should be sweet.

I accidental passed my admiration and esteem of the history of the G.I. on to my son. He is going off to the Army this month and shooting for Fort Cambell after basic in hopes of going 101 Airborne . It has me quite worried in this crazy world of today.

LOL ! We play the Pirates at the end of the month after series with SF, SL , SD , ATL , WSH , and CIN ! While the Pirates have SD , HOU , FL , NY , STL , and MIL , they should get about ten wins there .
