View Full Version : I have joined FOGPOG permanently

After seeing how much friendlier and more polite the posters here are to each other,I have said goodbye forever to the MLB Cub forum and will use FOGPOG as main main place of sharing my thoughts about my beloved Cubbies.
Just as an introduction,Im 70 years old and have been a Cub fanatic since 1951.My first Cub "hero" was the mighty Hank Sauer.My first favorite Cub pitcher was Warren Hacker.I still think the Brooklyn Dodgers were the best NL team in my lifetime.(the ones from the early 50s)I have a lot of memories from those days,if anyone is interested,just ask.I will reply.:)

Welcome aboard! I agree. I haven't been back to the cubs.com MB in forever and a day. It's really nice to live in a "troll-free zone"!

Trolls are pretty cool,but there is nothing like a good puppet show.
