I like this. And yes, it does seem like a nice fit to the "puzzle". I like his philosophy of designing his coaching around the pitcher, rather than the pitcher having to change how he got to where he is to fit to the coaching philosophy. With the many young arms the Cubs are (and will continue) to get, I think this is important! Do you know if their "Cubs Way" manual is available to read online?
