Sox resign Buehrle

This shocks me.....I would have figured he would get traded. If I was him I would want traded because let's see here.......MY TEAM IS GOING ABSOLUTLY NO WHERE!

I'm just glad he didn't come to the Cubs. From what I heard, he has a pretty deep hatred for us, so I don't think there was ever a good chance of that happening. Plus, he isn't worth that much money in my opinion.

As much as I despise the White Sox, I have to say I have earned a small bit of respect for Buehrle. He passed up the chance for big bucks to stay with the team for his love of the team and the game. I realize his wife is due to give birth to their first child within the next month, this is a good move for both Buehrle and the White Sox.
Baseball season's underway...
So you'd better get ready for a brand new day
Hey Chicago whattya say?
