Illini's tourney chances
(21-10) overall
(9-7) conference
Wow. If that isn't on the bubble, I don't know what is...
I think they might sneak in a 14 seed?

But they just lost to Iowa, pushing them as low as 7th in the Big Ten. Meanwhile, Iowa can be as high as 4th. It's going to be an interesting selection next weekend.

I'm gonna have to say without a good showing in the Big Ten tourney they're out. What I want to know is why no one is speaking about Iowa. They may not have a good overall record but their Big Ten record is pretty good and with a couple of wins in the Big Ten tourney they should be in.

I think they will get in. They aren't that great of a ball club, IMO. But they could probably beat duke, who is horrible. Duke is probably gonna get in too.

It's because they have been a powerhouse for so long they get all the media attention and when they win their put first before a team that has the same amount of wins and losses just less media following.

A certain coach "K" may also have something to do with it.

No one can argue about that.
