Piniella on the lineup "Adjustments will be made"

I doubt he moves Soriano out of the leadoff spot, so lets see what your predictions are for these supposed adjustments

Soriano
Theriot
Lee
Fox
Bradley
Fukudome
Soto
Fontenot

thats my prediction

I DO think they are going to move him out of the leadoff... listening to the interview and Paul asked him if that meant that Soriano was going to be moved, he kinda smirked and just said again "We will be making adjustments to the lineup tomorrow". I think they will move him down until he gets his stride back again.

I think Fuld will be put in the lineup for Bradley. I think he will play CF and Fuku will move to RF. I think the reason Fuld didnt play today was because Hill caught. Lou has to balance his lineup with power. He cant put too many scrappy players in one lineup.

I agree with you on this ryno4ever. For a team to be anywhere successful you can NOT have your leadoff hitter with that low of a BA & OB%. Right now he is swinging at almost anything coming up there. Now look at the defensive side of things. Think about who gives us a better defensive RF or LF? Who thinks that Alfonso would have made the 2 plays against the Pirates or even caught the ball in the 1st game vs the Brewers? I guess the only positive thing I can say about either MB or AS is "MB takes more walks".

IF Fuld were playing in a 10 game stretch would he save us a run or two? I think he would so that means 1 of the other "highly paid professionals" would have to produce even more at the plate. (To make up the differance) In previous years I have seen Soriano go on hitting streaks where he can carry the team for a week or 2. But we have NOT seen anything close to that this year. I want them to win and win NOW I don't care what name is on the back of the jersey.
