Talking HAPPY NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Let the roller coaster ride begin! We can analyze, criticize, and evaluate all we want here... but let's remember to enjoy the ride as it goes all to fast.... whereas the offseason goes way to slow.

It's time to

PLAY BALL!!!

Anyone else seen the Cardinals Depth Chart on their website? They have a lot of holes, in the rotation (Carpenter, Wainwright, Lohse, and Penny, with no 5th starter), the bullpen (I think they'll make McClellan a starter so they'll need to get a replacement for him), 1B (Pujols has no backup), LF (Holliday has no backup except Dvhumaker who starts at 2B), CF (Rasmus has no backup), and RF (Ludwick has no backup).

We have a lot more depth than them. What happens when they suffer the same injuries the Cubs did last year? They'll have to call up minor leaguers to be starters (or they'd have already called them up before the season season started as backups).

No, it's today.... but from what I understand most of the team is already down there and has been, even the position players who wanted to get some work in with the new hitting coach.

Hmmm... My favorite day comes once in alittle more than a hundred years. If we donn't succeed this year, are farm system surely will at some point, I am looking at 2019, the 111th anniversary of the last Cubs Championship.

I wasn't being negative, I am just pretty sure it will happen at least by 2019 (because of our farm system).
