Talking And just when you thought you've seen it all...

we've seen our catcher throw a punch at the crosstown rivals' catcher...

our ace and that same catcher get into a fight....

our broadcaster's hairpiece catch fire....

I could go on and on and on, but tonight, just proved we haven't seen it all yet.... as we got a close up on comcast sportsnet of Dempster's fly undone in his first at bat....and to top it off..... they showed him fixing his "barn door" in the dugout before he took the mound again! There are sooooo many jokes that could come of this....

Thats the beauty of this great game of ours. Just when you thought you have seen it all, something happens that makes you say, "WOW". Dempsters situation kinda reminds me of when Steve Lyons, for a brief moment after he singled, forgot where he was and dropped his drawers and re-adjusted himself in front of millions of viewers. Or last Saturday when the Dodgers beat the Angels without the benefit of a hit. You don't see that everyday.

Who was it last year ( it think it was Barrett but I cant be sure) that slid into 3rd and had to reach down in there and readjust his cup? It was funny seeing him dig around in there for a few seconds, not being shy about it.

The Lyons clip is classic!

At least no one on the Cubs has to deal with a fractured testicle, like the D-Backs' catcher. Talk about a foul ball!
