Does Sammy Sosa belong in the HOF?

With the MLB Hall of Fame being within hours of announcing the Class of 2013, Sammy Sosa (along with McGwire, Bonds, etc.) have their name on the ballot. Do you think he deserves to be in the HOF? If so, does that open the door to the others (McGwire, Bonds, Clemens, etc)? Do you think any of the PED users should even be considered? If so, do they deserve an "*"? I'm so glad I'm not one of the writers who have to decide on this year's class!
