This season/Sammy Sosa

For the 1st time since 2003/04 I feel like this is a very good Cubs team.

What do you guys think?

Also Sammy? Any of you heard anything about him playing this year!?! All I heard is that the Reds are intrested and the Royals said No cause there OF is full.

i think slammin Sammy is out of baseball now..... but how about him though eh? With all the steroid talk, all the proof on all the other big leaguers... while Sosa has always been suspected, there have never been anything that came out that has tied him to it at all. I cant see how he gets kept out of the HOF without any solid proof like they have on Bonds, Big Mac, and the Rocket

I think if Sammy's contract demands weren't outrageous and he didn't want a guarenteed starting position he could easily find work.

He's still very effective against LHP as evidenced by 328/410/613

I don't see why some slack AL wouldn't sign him as some insurance at the DH spot.
