Enitre List of the 7th inning stretch singers
Just an interesting bit of trivia.....
"Take Me Out to the Ballgame" guest conductors at Wrigley Field
Following is the all-time list of guest conductors who have led the signing of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the seventh-inning stretch at Wrigley Field (through June 19, 2008).
The tradition of guest conductors began in 1998 as a tribute to the late Harry Caray, who led the singing of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" from the 1970s through the 1997 season.

Does anyone remember Mongo Steve McMichael? He got thrown out of the game after singing the stretch. He said that he was gonna hurt the umpire- Angel Hernandez- over the PA. Hernandez had just blown a call. It seemed like we were playing the Royals.

That was bad. Jeff Gordon, who I like, was really bad as well. One of my favorites was the Vetter guy. Pearl Jam???? idk He seemd like he really knew about baseball and the Cubs.

Oh, you have to add one appearance for William Peterson of "CSI:", as he was tonight's guest conductor. Oh, and could you remove the "Iowa" next to Steve Alford? We Hawkeye fans want to forget about him after he almost destroyed the basketball program prior to bolting for New Mexico.

I remember watching this game. Might be the best finish in Cub history. Here is the youtube video.
